theres nothing like a fresh cold shower after a long day of what-so-ever, i like the momentum of the story. keep up such a wonderful work.!!!
Greetings.!
wow… i’ve been looking around for new comics to follow, and oh my gosh. i couldn’t stop reading this one. great work. i wish i had the talent to start my own comic.
I’m wondering where he is. His own place would probably be watched by the police, as he’s a wanted man. I doubt his girlfriend would let him come back to shower at her place. And surely he isn’t showering in the house of that artist guy who spewed blood all over?
@Lynne, I thought maybe he was still at John’s? Seems like a decent place to hide out, since no one knew he was there and the house is now . . . unoccupied and all.
Also, for the record, I’m still hooked and loving this comic.
Hey, Caremon. I stumbled upon this strip and read all 101 pages in one night. I started reading because of your art, which I’ve been a fan of since your BATMAN AND ROBIN arc, but your writing has really hooked me. Really suspenseful, mysterious, and sometimes fricking scary stuff. I like that when the story gets into some of the fantastical dream sequences, you come back a ground it back in reality before the story gets too unbelievable.
@Mike C: “Tt” is just what it sounds like I believe. The scoffing sound people make when they’re unimpressed with something. Grant Morrison using it a lot in his BATMAN AND ROBIN series, which Cameron worked on, so, I’m guessing, he got the idea from there.
Okay, I just discovered this awesome comic today, July 12th 2010, not realizing it was started a couple years ago and hoping…hoping….it was finished, but here I am! Stuck. Gotta find out what’s going on- this is better than LOST when it was working! I’m sure this is a strain to put this out, make a living, keep relationships, etc. but I want you to know we all appreciate the work. I hope it pays you (financially) some day too!
Oh man, it finally happened… I randomly followed a link from tjandamal.com, read the archive in the past hour or two, and now I’m all caught up and joining everyone else in the wait for more more more! I’m going to collapse in bed now at 2:30 AM after reading the archives in one go, and PRAY to someone/ANYone that I don’t dream of any of this, especially the last panel of page 81…
I’m like Zolota came from tjandamal and this was awesome! the best way to eat up my time reading through this from the beginning. Good grief this was fantastical! I loved it, can’t wait to see an update from you.
Why is it that there is no singular page I can bookmark which will always bring me to the most recent update. The homepage redirects to the first comic, which is great for first timers but terrible for all repeat readers, and the “current page” button literally links to the most recent comic, instead of a “latest comic” page that would allow people to quickly check this comic before moving on in their daily webcomic listing. Yes I am aware of RSS etc. Still a valid question.
Oh my goodness, I just read from the beginning all the way up to this page, and I just have to say, this is riveting….it’s just insane, I love this story so so much, great job….wow.
Catching up is absolutely painful. You have such a gift at story telling and pacing which makes catching up even harder to bare. awesome story, with pefectly placed twists and a art style that suits the tale to a tee. you are just amazing.
I was on facebook, and I saw that you won the Eisner, so I just read from page 1 to 101.. This comic is one of the best comics I’ve ever read in my entire life! A masterpiece. It REALLY deserved the award. Congratulations!
Congrats on the award! I’m glad I found this webcomic, it’s brilliant! Hopefully you’ll have a chance to put out a printed version at some point, I’d certainly buy it.
@Harufe:
This comic isn’t on a fixed schedule. Sometimes the author updates weekly, and sometimes there are two-month delays between pages. Personally, I think this is the right way to go, since fixed schedules tend to stifle creativity.
