What a horrible day – after spending most of the afternoon working on this strip, I accidentally closed the file without saving first and so lost several hours’ worth of work, which I then had to re-draw. Working all-digital has its drawbacks.

Welcome back, sir. I found that your comic strip here was pretty much the only one worth consistently reading on TX, and it was a blow when you went on hiatus.
Hope the new digs work our for you. Good luck!

Harsh!! I love all the TX strips! But thanks very much Rob!

Dude, that blows. Really shows commitment on your part, though. Getting closer all the time. Any word on this getting published in print? 22 pages every month or so of this would kick some serious arse.

One way or another when the story is complete I will publish it, either through a professional publishing house or on my own. I’ll only do it as a single collected volume, though, I really have no interest in the monthly format any longer. Thanks!

i’m so glad this is back. And i like the twist here.
February 22nd, 2009 at 8:33 pm
Ack! I get paranoid about saving. Perhaps use of a timer (whether an egg-timer or a computer program kind) would be a good reminder to save? Also, nice twist!
February 22nd, 2009 at 8:40 pm
Ouch. Gotta work ctrl+s (or apple+s) into the natural movement of your hands, man. Save every five minutes! In any case, this page looks great. And I love the twist!

I was very pleasantly surprised to click on the ‘Sin Titulo’ banner and find an unfamiliar comic before my eyes. I’m glad your back, and looking forward to seeing where the story goes from here!

Sweet. The thick plottens! Great to have Sin Titulo back as a regular treat every Sunday/Monday morning. Thanks again for all the hard work, Cameron. And remember: when in doubt, save, save and just to be sure, save again.

Awwww. We feel your pain, man. I don’t think there’s a single person out there that works on computers regularly who’s not done that at some point. I’ve heard tell of an auto-save plug-in for GIMP where you can set it to save every X minutes… No idea where you’d get it, but might be worth looking into? (Well, only if you use GIMP.)
Also, awesome comic! Love the twist, and the turn, and the zig zag. The anticipation kills me, every week. This strip brings to mind Close Encounters, where everyone’s drawing the same mountain. How can this random fellow draw the tree in his dream so well?

First thought: YES, lots of dialogue.
February 24th, 2009 at 2:54 pm
The plot thickens.
I’ve picked up the subconscious habit of saving at least every 5-10 minutes when working digitally.
Must be the anal graphic designer in me.
If I may say, the black outlines of your word balloons are not as rich as the rest of your blacks and as such are kinda distracting. Try a rich black (100% black 40% cyan) for the word ballons or whatever combination you’re using for the rest of your illustrations. Just a thought.
Otherwise, great as always.

Glad you’re back! Love the comic!

So THAT’S what that loud noise coming from the general direction of Canada was ! ! !
Page 67 was a welcome surprise, and page 68 makes the world taste good again.

Nice to see this comic up and running again.

John? As in John Byrne??
Last episodes reveal of the driver had me thinkin’ of Byrne. The character looks like John from the eighties. Then you call the character ‘John’…

Awesome. There are much larger forces at work here.
Is what Alex is currently going through also affect his dad and grandad?
I shall read on to find out!

All people deserve very good life and home loans or just consolidation loan will make it better. Just because people’s freedom is grounded on money state.
